This workshop is designed to allow students to examine the structure of DNA by building their own model.

Hands on, Simulation and Cooperative Learning
MATERIALS:
a. DNA and RNA component cards: Deoxyribose, Adenine (A), Cytosine (C), Guanine (G). Uracil (U)
and Thymine (T).
b. DNA template cards.
c. DNA nucleotides cards.
d. RNA primer cards.
e. Enzymes.
f. Scissors
g. Paper (A3).
h. Glue or Tape.
